Steps

  • Heat a wok until hot and add the oil, shallot, chilli, garlic, and ginger.
  • Stir-fry for one minute.
  • Add the prawns, broccoli, and carrot, then stir-fry for three minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles, tamarind paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and lime juice.
  • Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in the coriander and remove from heat.
  • Serve on four plates and garnish with crushed peanuts.
