Steps

  • Pulse the peanuts in a food processor to crumbs and place on a plate.
  • Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg, and roll in peanut crumbs.
  • Fry the chicken goujons in oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Mix the pak choi ingredients and cook in a hot chargrill pan for 4-5 minutes.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve the chicken with pak choi and spoon the dressing around the plate.
