Steps

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir in the brown sugar and milk and boil for 2 to 3 minutes without stirring.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla seeds.
  • Pour the hot mixture over the icing sugar in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a 20cm square baking tray and chill in the fridge.
  • Cut the chilled fudge into squares with a sharp knife.
