Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Melt the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate in a saucepan, then whisk in the sugar, eggs, and flour.
  • Cool the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Line four 7cm rings with baking paper and place them on a lined tray.
  • Pipe the mixture into the rings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Blend the frozen bananas until smooth, then add the crème fraîche and blitz again.
  • Remove the rings and paper, then serve the fondants with ice cream and toasted peanuts.
