Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Line a 20cm diameter loose-bottomed deep flan tin with the pastry.
  • Roll out the marzipan into a circle slightly smaller than the tin base and place inside.
  • Halve the peaches and arrange them on top of the marzipan.
  • Whisk the eggs, crème fraîche, cinnamon, and sugar together and pour over the peaches.
  • Cover with a small pastry disk, sprinkle with flaked almonds, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
