Steps

  • Boil the pasta in salted water according to the packet instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for five minutes.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and a generous amount of black pepper.
  • Add the vodka and cook for a few minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
  • Flake the salmon into the pan, add the cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Drain the pasta and toss it gently into the salmon sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
