Steps

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the paneer, onion, and peppers.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30-40 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a baking sheet with oil.
  • Thread the marinated vegetables and paneer alternately onto the pre-soaked skewers.
  • Bake for 7 minutes, then drizzle with melted butter.
  • Turn the skewers and bake for 5-7 more minutes until charred.
  • Sprinkle with chaat masala before serving.
