Steps

  • Beat chicken breasts between cling film until 1cm thick.
  • Mix marinade ingredients and spread over chicken.
  • Fry chicken in oil for two minutes per side until white inside.
  • Remove excess oil and mix cream with remaining marinade.
  • Pour cream into pan to reduce slightly and serve with spinach and rice.
