Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Add garlic and chilli and cook for one additional minute.
  • Pour in 150ml chicken stock and add chicken breast strips.
  • Simmer for four minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir in 50g noodles, spring onions, and bean sprouts.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in a bowl topped with sesame seeds.
