Steps

  • Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the sliced onion rings and mix well to coat.
  • Stir in the flour, ground coriander, and cumin seeds until combined.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry large spoonfuls of the mixture for 45 seconds until golden-brown.
  • Turn the bhajis and fry for another 30 seconds until crisp.
  • Drain the cooked bhajis on kitchen paper.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
