Steps

  • Line a 20cm or 23cm square tin with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Bake the oats on a tray for 10 minutes until toasty and let cool.
  • Mix the oats, puffed rice, almonds, seeds, dates, chocolate chips, and raisins in a bowl.
  • Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a saucepan over gentle heat until smooth.
  • Stir the warm honey mixture into the dry ingredients to coat thoroughly.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin in an even layer.
  • Freeze the tin for 20 minutes before cutting into 15 bars.
