Steps

  • Heat oil in a wok and stir fry garlic, chilli, and ginger for one minute.
  • Add red pepper and pak choi then stir fry for one more minute.
  • Add prawns, soy sauce, honey, and noodles then cook for 3 minutes until prawns are pink.
  • Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with coriander and lime wedges.
