Steps

  • Whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks just start to form.
  • Sift in the icing sugar.
  • Add the rosewater and cooled saffron milk mixture.
  • Whisk for one minute until smooth and bubbly.
  • Pour into small serving bowls and chill overnight.
  • Decorate with sliced pistachios and silver leaf before serving.
