Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 140°C.
  • Mix yeast with 15ml warm water and sugar then leave for five minutes until frothy.
  • Stir flour, onion seeds, salt, and baking powder together in a large bowl.
  • Incorporate oil, yoghurt, milk, and the activated yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Knead the dough with wet knuckles for ten minutes until soft and pliable.
  • Cover the bowl with cling film and leave dough in a warm place to rise for 15 minutes.
  • Divide into four balls and roll into ovals 0.5cm thick on a floured surface.
  • Place on a greased tray and bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes.
