Steps

  • Melt 25g of butter in a large frying pan and fry the garlic and onion until soft.
  • Add 100g of mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • Stir in 50ml of double cream and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and reduce until thick.
  • Drizzle the toast with olive oil and spoon the mushroom mixture over the top.
  • Garnish with a pinch of paprika before serving.
