Steps

  • Combine the melted butter, biscuits, and pecans in a bowl.
  • Press the mixture into a 7.5cm chefs' ring on a plate and chill.
  • Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod.
  • Mix vanilla seeds, cream cheese, lime juice, sweetener, yoghurt, and half the berries.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the base and top with remaining berries.
  • Remove the ring and serve.
