Steps

  • Combine miso, 100ml water, chilli, garlic, bay leaf, and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add 75g noodles and simmer for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  • Add pak choi leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.
