Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prick the washed potatoes with a fork and brush them with oil on a baking tray.

Bake the potatoes until they are soft for approximately one hour.

Cut off the tops and scoop out the soft potato centres into a bowl.

Mash the potato with butter, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper before refilling the jackets.

Sprinkle with extra cheese and grill for a few minutes until golden.

Attach half a cherry tomato with a cocktail stick and push chives behind for whiskers.

Add raisin eyes, radish ears, and spring onion tails to complete the mice.
