Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Prick the washed potatoes with a fork and brush them with oil on a baking tray.
  • Bake the potatoes until they are soft for approximately one hour.
  • Cut off the tops and scoop out the soft potato centres into a bowl.
  • Mash the potato with butter, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper before refilling the jackets.
  • Sprinkle with extra cheese and grill for a few minutes until golden.
  • Attach half a cherry tomato with a cocktail stick and push chives behind for whiskers.
  • Add raisin eyes, radish ears, and spring onion tails to complete the mice.
