Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle.

Place the marzipan down the center and top with orange slices.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cut 2.5 cm strips along the sides and plait them across the filling.

Brush the pastry with beaten egg and place it on a baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes until the plait is golden.

Dust the pastry with icing sugar.

Mix whipped cream and mascarpone in a bowl until smooth and serve.
