Steps

  • Insert cocktail sticks into the feta cubes.
  • Combine lemon juice, olive oil, chilli, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add the feta to the bowl and marinate for at least 6 minutes.
  • Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the torn bread until golden and crisp.
  • Place fried bread in a large bowl with onion, tomatoes, parsley, lemon, and vinegar.
  • Mix well and marinate for 6-8 minutes.
  • Serve the marinated feta alongside the panzanella salad.
