  • Blend mango chunks with half of the cooled syrup in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for two hours.
  • Stir the mixture at regular intervals while freezing until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
  • Arrange paw paw in a dish and cover with the remaining syrup for one hour.
  • Serve the marinated paw paw topped with a scoop of mango sorbet.
