Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Apply oil or butter to a 12-hole muffin tray.
  • Line each mould with a slice of ham and crack an egg into the center.

  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the egg is set.
  • Cool for 5 minutes and loosen with a knife before removing to a wire rack.
