Steps

  • Heat the oil in a small saucepan.
  • Fry the salad onions, garlic, and chilli until soft.
  • Add the diced kohlrabi and cook until soft.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and 200ml of chicken stock.
  • Season with salt and pepper and simmer for eight minutes.
  • Stir through the chopped coriander and serve in a warm bowl.
