Steps

  • Heat groundnut oil in a wok until smoking.
  • Add garlic and ginger and cook for one minute until soft.
  • Add prawns and fry for one minute while stirring frequently.
  • Season scallops and place them around the edges of the hot wok to color.
  • Turn the seafood over and add the rice wine.
  • Add the prepared vegetables and toss for two minutes until slightly wilted.
  • Add the red chilli and soy sauce to taste.
  • Divide into two bowls and drizzle each with sesame oil.
