Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Roll out the puff pastry to a thin sheet on a floured surface.
  • Lay Parma ham strips on half the pastry and sprinkle with gorgonzola.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling and roll it out again to a thin sheet.
  • Trim the edges, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with celery seeds.
  • Cut the filled pastry into 1cm strips.
  • Twist the strips and secure the ends onto a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown and cool slightly before serving.
