Steps

  • Place the rice into a lidded pan and cover with twice its volume of water.
  • Add cloves and cardamom then bring to the boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer partly covered for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked.
  • Stir in the lime juice and chopped coriander stalks.
  • Spoon the rice into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
