Steps

  • Combine caster sugar, rosewater, and 1 litre of water in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Score a cross in each peach and simmer in the liquid for 5 minutes.
  • Remove peaches from the pan and peel off the skins.
  • Return peaches to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes until the syrup reduces by half.
  • Strain the peaches from the syrup and allow them to cool.
  • Mix the yoghurt and honey together in a bowl.
  • Serve the yoghurt with peaches and a drizzle of the remaining syrup.
