Steps

  • Mix the mustard seeds and beer in a bowl and soak overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C and dry washed jars on a baking tray for 10-15 minutes.
  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until nearly smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into jars and tap to remove air bubbles.
