Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan until it starts smoking.
  • Drizzle tortilla strips with olive oil and place them in the pan.
  • Cook strips for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they are crisp.
  • Blend the avocado, chilli, lime juice, and yoghurt in a food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer the guacamole to a bowl and garnish with a parsley sprig.
  • Serve the guacamole with the warm tortilla strips on the side.
