Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan until it is smoking.
  • Chargrill pear slices for one minute on each side and set aside.
  • Rub halloumi with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chargrill halloumi for two minutes per side until golden grill lines appear.
  • Toss spinach and onion in a bowl with remaining oil and lemon juice.
  • Season the salad with salt and pepper.
  • Place salad on a plate and top with pear and halloumi slices.
