Pulse the steak, onion, garlic, and chilli in a food processor until minced.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper and shape it into a burger patty.
Dredge the burger patty in flour.
Heat 15ml of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the burger for 4 minutes until cooked.
Drizzle the baguette with remaining oil and toast in the pan until golden.
Heat 15ml of oil in a saucepan and fry the pepper and chilli for 3 minutes.
Add vinegar, sugar, honey, and lime juice to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble the burger in the baguette with cheese and a dollop of relish.
