Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Rub the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Griddle the asparagus, garlic, and herbs in a hot pan until charred.
  • Discard the herb sprigs and set the asparagus aside.
  • Score a 1cm border around the pastry and prick the center with a fork.
  • Place pastry on a baking sheet and bake for five minutes until slightly golden.
  • Arrange goats' cheese and asparagus in the middle of the pastry.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the tart to a plate to serve.
