Steps

  • Place the 450g of peas, onion, garlic, and mint into a food processor and blend into a thick purée.
  • Add 115g of yoghurt and blend again until the mixture is slightly lumpy.
  • Transfer to a bowl, stir in the chilli, spices, and lime juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with 30ml of olive oil, and serve with the nachos.
