Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Fry the onion in one tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add sherry and cook for 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  • Add garlic, paprika, chilli, tomatoes, and remaining oil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the prawns and transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 17 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Serve immediately with crusty bread.
