Steps

  • Mix the patty ingredients in a large bowl excluding the flour and vegetable oil.
  • Form the mixture into eight small round patties with moist hands.
  • Coat each patty evenly in seasoned flour and shake off the excess.
  • Refrigerate the patties on a baking tray for 30 minutes.
  • Combine the cucumber, sesame seeds, vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the pickle.
  • Shallow-fry the patties in batches for five minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve the patties on top of the cucumber pickle and garnish with coriander.
