Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion, red pepper, and garlic until soft.
  • Add walnuts and kidney beans to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked rice to warm through and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in the chopped chervil.
  • Pack the rice mixture firmly into a lightly oiled large bowl.
