Steps

  • Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the steak for 2 minutes per side.
  • Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest on a warm plate.
  • Mash the avocado and garlic together with a fork.
  • Mix the remaining guacamole ingredients into the avocado mixture.
  • Assemble the tortillas by filling them with steak, guacamole, and yoghurt.
