7 tbsp plus extra for drizzling

Steps

  • Dilute the elderflower cordial with 570ml of cold water.
  • Sprinkle the gelatine over 4 tablespoons of the liquid in a small pan and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the raspberries, blueberries, and grapes among four glasses.
  • Dissolve the gelatine over very low heat without letting it boil.
  • Stir in the remaining cordial mixture and pour it into the glasses.
  • Chill the jellies for 3 hours until they are softly set.
  • Drizzle with a little extra cordial before serving.
