Steps

  • Fry sliced bacon in a large pot with oil for 4 minutes until crisp and set aside.
  • Brown chicken strips in the same pot until golden and set aside with the bacon.
  • Sauté chopped onion and garlic in butter until softened, then add sliced mushrooms and dried herbs.
  • Pour in white wine, return chicken and bacon to the pot, and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add cream, bring to a boil, and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, add beans for 3 more minutes, then drain and serve.
