Steps

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the spring onions, garlic, onion, and spices and cook for 4 minutes until softened.
  • Pour in 200ml of coconut milk and simmer for 6 minutes.
  • Add 200g of cooked crayfish and heat through thoroughly.
  • Serve the curry in a bowl topped with parsley and poppadums on the side.
