Steps

  • Blend all nuoc cham ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Soak rice noodles in hot water for five minutes or until soft then drain and cool.
  • Mix remaining salad ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle a small amount of nuoc cham dressing over the noodles and mix well.
  • Fold half of the crab salad into the noodles and divide into four nests in bowls.
  • Spoon nuoc cham dressing over each noodle nest.
  • Top each bowl with the remaining crab salad and extra dressing.
