Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy.

Stir in the melted butter.

Sift in the flour and cocoa, then stir in the melted chocolate and hazelnuts.

Pour the mixture into a greased 20cm ovenproof dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool.

Simmer cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds in a saucepan for five minutes to thicken.

Stir marshmallows into the hot cream mixture until melted.

Cut the brownies into portions and serve topped with the marshmallow sauce.
