Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy.
  • Stir in the melted butter.
  • Sift in the flour and cocoa, then stir in the melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 20cm ovenproof dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool.
  • Simmer cream, sugar, and vanilla seeds in a saucepan for five minutes to thicken.
  • Stir marshmallows into the hot cream mixture until melted.
  • Cut the brownies into portions and serve topped with the marshmallow sauce.
