Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken for 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Add orange pieces, honey, and chilli to the pan and cook for 2 minutes to glaze.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Stir-fry chopped onions and spring onions for 3 minutes.
  • Add 100g of noodles, soy sauce, orange juice, and chilli flakes and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Mix in the chopped coriander and transfer to a warmed plate.
  • Top the noodles with the chicken and garnish with coriander leaves.
