Steps

  • Slice the melon into halves, remove seeds, and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  • Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes, discarding the central stones.
  • Cut away the peel and pith from the orange and remove the individual segments.
  • Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut the fruit into pieces.
  • Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the seeds.
  • Place all fruit except raspberries into a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge.
  • Stir in the fresh raspberries just before serving with chilled crème fraîche.
