Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Melt butter and brown sugar in a frying pan and cook peach halves for 5 minutes until caramelised.
  • Remove peaches from the pan and stir in 2 tbsp of cream to create butterscotch sauce.
  • Whisk eggs, 150ml cream, and caster sugar together until smooth.
  • Soak the bread slice in the egg mixture and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake the bread for 7 minutes until golden-brown and crisp.
  • Place peaches on the toast and drizzle with butterscotch sauce and extra cream.
