Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Pulse the flour and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Stir the crushed nuts and sugar into the crumble mixture.
  • Simmer the sliced peach, red wine, and sugar in a pan for 5 minutes until reduced.
  • Transfer the peach mixture to an ovenproof dish and cover with the crumble topping.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until the topping is golden-brown.
  • Combine the Greek yoghurt with the lime juice in a small bowl.
  • Serve the warm crumble with a dollop of the lime yoghurt.
