Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Place garlic cut-side down in a roasting tin with butter, oil, salt, pepper, honey, rosemary, and bay leaves.
  • Bake the garlic for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Cut a cross in the top of the camembert and add it to the oven for the final 10 minutes.
  • Add the baguette pieces to the oven to warm through with the cheese.
  • Remove from the oven once the garlic is soft, bread is crunchy, and cheese is gooey.
  • Serve on a sharing plate, squeezing garlic flesh onto bread with the melted cheese.
