Steps

  • Heat 25g of butter in a frying pan and fry the orange slices for two minutes.
  • Add the honey and fry for one minute on each side before moving oranges to a plate.
  • Simmer the orange juice and 100ml of double cream in the pan for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Pour the sauce over the oranges and garnish with mint leaves.
