Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Boil the rice and stock in a large ovenproof pan and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and peppers then cover and return to the oven for three minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and stir in the chopped herbs and butter.
