Steps

  • Marinate beef strips with soy sauce, honey, chilli flakes, sesame oil, lime juice, and zest for ten minutes.
  • Thread beef onto soaked skewers and brown in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  • Heat 300ml vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan until a bread cube sizzles.
  • Fry noodles for two minutes until puffed and drain on paper.
  • Serve beef skewers on top of crisp noodles and garnish with chopped peanuts.
